What is it?

Our workshop on building trust with clients is focused on helping participants learn the process for building credibility
and trust by leveraging tools like trust score, audience analysis and relationship audits.

What will I learn?

  • Understand the difference between a contact, connection and relationship
  • Six Steps in building trust with your clients and others in your network
  • Knowing your audience - B3 Model of Brain, Buddy and Bully
  • Concept of relationship audits
  • Trust Cultures within your team and organization and how to restore lost trust

How is the training conducted?

The one day in person group workshop is a practical, hands-on session. With lot of group activities. In the morning half of the workshop participants will be making connections, doing trust activities and role playing the 6 steps engaging with each other and making short and crisp executive pitch

  • Learn the key steps of building Trust with clients, colleagues and partners leading to long and sustainable relationships
