Our Approach

First, we spend quality time with our client’s leadership and HR to understand the expectations for the position and articulate the job description in detail. We start the search by leveraging our extensive network of talent, referrals and other marketing techniques to attract the resumes of the executives from the industry. We spend quality time with the candidates including face to face or Skype and qualify them for the role. Next step is to propose the candidate profile and based on the feedback, facilitate the discussions. If the client decides to make an offer based on the interview discussions, we play an advisory role at that point and work closely with the candidate and the client to make it a Win-Win proposition. Once on-boarded, we continue to engage with the client and the candidate and take feedback on the process as well as continue to build the relationship.
